Flexible to your requirements

When you buy a hosted security service, you need to be confident that the service will be flexible to your own requirements with greater flexibility than what you would get if you ran the service yourself. Signify's services are very flexible and we are able to offer our customers a wide range of options across all our services:

• The Signify service enables customers to mix both token and tokenless authentication, so that their authentication can be tailored to meet their specific needs, budget and user's working patterns.

• The Signify service integrates with a variety of Authnodes: VPNs, SSL VPNs, firewalls and web servers including Citrix, Juniper, Cisco Systems, Microsoft, Checkpoint and Sonicwall as well as many others.

• We work with a wide range of partners whose core competences in supporting the Authnodes above allow us to work with your preferred IT systems integrator or service provider.

• The Signify service scales from 5 to 5000+ users and can be grown in line with a customer's needs, even allowing for one user to be added at a time.

• We supply 5 year RSA SecurID tokens as standard as they provide good value for money, but we can supply 3 year tokens where appropriate to suit budgets.

• The service provides a standardised Security Policy model, that has a number of simple options that can easily be customised to suit the customer. Different security policies can apply to different user groups if appropriate.

• We offer a flexible range of contact lengths. Standard contracts are for 1 year, but discounts are available for customers signing 3 or 5 year contracts.

• Our dedicated account managers respond to customer and partner requests. They will work with your organisation to make sure that the Signify service meets each customer's specific requirements.

• We provide a choice of token provisioning options - Signify Provisioning or Local Provisioning, for delivering tokens to end users the most appropriate way.

• Our friendly and flexible support team deals with any authentication related issues, and helps partners to ensure that our service integrates with the systems used by customers.

• One token can be used to authenticate the identity of a user in many applications, systems and organisations. This allows you gradually to extend the use of two-factor authentication as appropriate, within, or outside your organisation, with each user just needing one token.

• Administration and access to reports and logs can be performed from anywhere that your administrators have access to a web browser - so long as they have their two-factor authentication credentials.
