Signify Service Infrastructure
Signify's service is maintained and delivered from two geographically separate data centres, one being primary and the other secondary. The authentication services are provided at both sites automatically to customers, so if the primary site should become unavailable the authentication traffic from customer's authentication nodes will automatically use the secondary site with no interruption.
Both sites are built, configured and maintained using industry best practices and have resilience built in to the design across the hardware, Internet connectivity and service components.
Our operations team use specialised monitoring software to ensure that we know the status of the service 24x7 and can react swiftly when any problems are identified. We are continually looking at ways to improve the infrastructure by utilising new technologies and following best practice wherever possible.
