Signify Customer Forum

Our Customer forum this year once again proved to be a resounding success. Held in the beautiful surroundings of the prestigious Holland & Holland Shooting grounds in Northwood, Middlesex, the forum was an enjoyable event for all who attended.

After a buffet lunch in the warm June sunshine, delegates settled into discussions with the Signify team. After initial introductions, informal discussions began about the delegate’s current concerns and issues and what was on their future agenda. This was followed by a session on 'What’s and new and improved at Signify' presented by Kate Holden and Liam Crilly.

After a short break, the discussions evolved into how our service could be developed to better meet

the delegate's needs and gave the delegates a chance to let us know if we had forgotten anything in the service we provided.

The sessions proved very worthwhile for us and the delegates in attendance. We learnt a lot about how well our service is running and how we could develop it in future, while the delegates were able ensure we develop our services to meet their specific needs while discussing the latest issues with a group of their peers.

The final part of the afternoon was 2 hours fully instructed clay pigeon shooting, with the Signify Customer Forum Challenge Cup up for grabs for the ‘Hot shot’ of the day.  The shooting proved fun for all but still remained competitive, with many people showing some real marksmanship.

The evening was rounded off with a trophy presentation, drinks and snacks.
