The Issue
Software as a Service (SaaS) and "Cloud Computing" have grown in popularity and effectiveness in recent years to the point where they are now a common solution for organisations of all sizes. Vendors such as Salesforce.com and Google have applications which are delivered "in the cloud", and can be accessed from anywhere using a standard web browser.

SaaS Login uses the SAML authentication protocol (security assertion markup language) to provide a single sign-on to a growing number of SaaS applications. If you use more than one such application, then one login to Signify allows easy "one click" single sign-on to each of them, without requiring further authentication.
